When Yolanda J. needed her daughter’s dress altered for prom, she found the alterations at the dress shop were going to cost more than the dress itself!! Then she met Mary who worked with her budget and turned a too big and too long dress into a perfect fit!
I’ll let her tell you all about it:
My daughter’s senior prom dress was ordered from a well-known company and had to get some alterations done to it. Of course, the natural thing to do was to go back to the place were I bought it from and have them alter the dress. However, I was going to have to pay more for the alterations than I did for the dress.
I know prom can be expensive, and you want your daughter to be happy. I had a budget and that [quoted] price for alterations was not in my budget. I met Mrs. Mary that same evening, and we talked for a few minutes. The next day I went to her lovely shop, and she was very delightful. We told her what we needed, and she gave some ideas as well. When my daughter and I left, we were so relieved, and we knew that the dress was in good hands. It was done in a timely manner.
Mrs. Mary is very professional, and her prices are very reasonable. I would recommend her to everyone that is looking for alterations or anything else that involves sewing. Mrs. Mary is a very nice, patient and talented women. She has this gift that God had blessed her with, and her spirit is amazing. Thank you so much Mrs. Mary for making my daughter’s prom amazing.
